Problem Statement:
There have been proposals to treat Long QT Syndrome by invoking individuals living with this disorder to stop exercising altogether. Although that seems plausible since strenuous exercise is linked to the causation of symptoms in these individuals but exercise has many benefits for a person's physical health and mental well-being. In this article, I will discuss the benefits that regular exercise contributes to heart health, the negative effects that the lack of exercise causes, and the limitations this treatment sets for these individuals.
